Louella was born in Bega and attended Bega High School.

​

She trained as a nurse, but turned to painting frequently...

​

"the desire to paint persisted throughout years of nursing and raising family, until the 90's when I was able to pursue my passion, seeking out work shops and lessons at every opportunity."

​

Louella completed a Fine Arts Degree in 2010 and has since had many solo and joint exhibitions both locally and in the A.C.T. plus won multiple awards.

Her works are displayed around many homes in Australia and overseas including Germany, England, Ireland, Holland and Denmark.
